It’s been a long time, folks. Apologies for the sudden disappearance there, but we’re back!
A recent interview with Masahiro Sakurai revealed many things about Super Smash Bros for the 3DS and WiiU’s development, character choices, and impending end.
As many might alright know, the next DLC to be released for the game will the last, as confirmed by Sakurai himself.
Sakurai has also expressed his uncertainty again about directing another Super Smash Bros game.
While many enjoyed the new Super Smash Bros, it was not completely the same for Sakurai. In an interview last year, Sakurai stated that development of the game took its toll on him, that it “…destroys a lot of one’s private life.” and even led to an arm injury.
While it is certain that Super Smash Bros for the 3DS and WiiU is finally done, it remains uncertain whether Sakurai will be directing any future instalment.
